Thanet Autostores is a family owned car accessory shop started in December 1990, in the middle of the seaside town of Margate. We are proud to be an independent shop which gives us the freedom to stock the ranges that we feel our customers want and would like, and also allows us to offer a huge range of goods that cannot be matched by any of the much bigger multiples in just one store!

How about a choice of over 30 different pairs of 6 x 9 speakers, over 40 different models of cd/mp3 player from all the top manufactures or over 40 alloy wheel and tyre packages ready to fit,100 gear knobs for example! The range of accessories in the shop is supplemented by consumables such as oils, paints, fillers, glues and also popular service parts, filters, brakes and so forth!

We are also proud to be stockists of the new Mintex ‘Xtreme’ range of performance brakes and other performance products such as Pipercross filters! Most people who walk through our doors are amazed at the amount we have in our shop, the phrase “it's like an alladdins cave” can often be heard!

Our new ranges of roof racks & bars with all their accessories for cars and commercials, and our towing accessories ,supplemented by other leisure based products gives you the customer a great choice from one stop shopping facility!
